The Food Pantry or Food Bank Database is a program built by Cedar Mountain Software to assist our local food bank with processing their clients and creating the reports required by their funding sources.

This application is extremely simple. It's not a huge program that does everything for everybody, but the program efficiently tracks intake and client reporting. This is also a good example of the kind of programs we can build to save our clients time and money.

We are happy to make customizations to meet your special reporting needs.

Clients are tracked through a series of easy-to-use screens starting with the Select Client screen:

Once a client has been selected users can view a previous visit or create a new one:


Clicking on Previous Visit or New Visit button opens the Survey form:




Previous visits cannot be edited until the Allow Edits button is clicked and the appropriate code is entered:
