Financial contributions and pledge management

PeopleManager can track financial contributions categorized to two levels.  It can also manage pledges (i.e. contributions made over a period of time) with invoice and payment processing.

Auction management

PeopleManager has an extensive auction management package including:  selling tickets, creating packages of items to sell and easy-to-use day of auction processing.

Sporting Events

PeopleManager can also manage team fund raising events such as golf and bowling tournaments.

Contact categorization

PeopleManager allows unlimited categorization of the contacts, including roles contacts play within the organization (staff, board, volunteer ...) and types (business, individual, ...) .

Volunteer activity

PeopleManager has volunteer management capablities including: tracking volunteer interests, availability and hours. 

List Builder

One of the most important features of PeopleManager is the ability to query a database with a wide variety of criteria and create lists of contacts based on those criteria.  The created lists can be used as sources for spreadsheets and mail merge functions.  Once a set of criteria is created it can be saved for quick recall and regeneration of lists.

Queries and Reports

In addition to standard queries and reports, PeopleManager allows users with experience in creating queries and reports to create a variety of ad hoc queries and reports.
