Enabling Remote Support

To troubleshoot problems, Cedar Mountain Support Staff may ask you to download and install a diagnostic tool that will allow us to control your computer. 

Step 1 - RIGHT CLICK on the following link:

http://www.jcsecure.com/vnc/cms_support_tool.exe

And choose  Save Target As and in the next window click on the Desktop icon and then Save

This will bring up the following window:

Click on Run and click OK to any message which follows regarding security.  In the window that ultimately opens, click on the name of the support person you are working with.  At this point the support person can see your computer screen and control your mouse and keyboard.
