Low Income Energy Assistance Weatherization Project Software
Cedar Mountain Software, Missoula, Montana
This program was built for the State of Montana Low Income Energy Assistance Program provided by the Human Resource Development Council. We were originally contracted by the Butte office to create a program that efficiently manages the weatherization inventory and creates the various reports that are needed to meet state requirements. Subsequently we modified and improved the program for the Glendive office.
The software provides an easy to use interface to track weatherization projects including: inventory, funding sources and job costs. Inventory can be tracked across multiple warehouses. Materials entered can be from either warehoused stock or ad hoc purchases. Reporting features include pick lists of materials to be used on a job, job costs, detailed and summary funding source reports, inventory and reordering reports. User access is controlled through password secured logins.
