This program efficiently manages the weatherization inventory and creates the various reports that are needed to meet state requirements. Perfect for Low Income Energy Assistance and Community Action programs.
The software provides an easy to use interface to track weatherization projects including: inventory, funding sources and job costs. Inventory can be tracked across multiple warehouses. Materials entered can be from either warehoused stock or ad hoc purchases. Reporting features include pick lists of materials to be used on a job, job costs, detailed and summary funding source reports, inventory and reordering reports. User access is controlled through password secured logins.

The Login screen is the first screen to appear when the application starts:
Once a user succesfully logs in the Menu appears:
Vendor information for both warehoused (Stock) and ad hoc (Non-Stock) purchases are tracked with this form:

Inventory Master allows entry of new products and editing of some attributes of the product:
Once Vendors, Programs, and Warehouses are defined, new inventory can be entered by clicking on the Add New Inventory button which displays this form:
Inventory is maintained by the Purchase Inventory, Adjust Inventory, and Transfer Inventory forms:
From time-to-time items will be added to or removed from the warehouses without being entered properly in the database. The Adjust Inventory form will allow the user to make the changes:
The Transfer Inventory form allows the user to move inventory from one warehouse to another:
Before Jobs can be created, Funding Sources, Measures, and optionally Job Codes must be defined.
Funding Sources are entered via this form:
If desired, Job Codes can be entered with this form:
Measures are defined with this form:
Clicking on Jobs from the Menu will open this form:
Clicking on the Measures button will display this form:
Before adding items to the product list one or more measures have to be added to the job.
Stock and non-stock items are added to the product list for the selected measure. In addition, stock can be returned to the warehouse.
Unused stock items can be returned to the warehouse:
After the items have been entered, the Funding Source and Measure can be changed.
After returning to the Jobs form, the Pick list and Job Cost reports can be viewed or printed:
From the Main Menu several other reports are available:
