Greg Ransons
Greg joined the Cedar Mountain team as a Software Engineer in 2019.
Born and raised in Southern California, Greg traded the beaches for mountains when he moved to Missoula in 2010. Though his diverse interests have led him to work in auto mechanics, film, customer service and aviation, it was his lasting passion for web technology and development that lead him to study Computer Science at the University of Montana.
When it comes to his work at Cedar Mountain Software, if there is ever the prospect of a new challenge, Greg will meet it head on, eager to learn so that he may continue to innovate. In his spare time Greg enjoys video games, cross-country skiing, D&D, experimenting with new web technology and traveling with his fiancé and their two joyful pups.

Paul Thompson
Paul is a junior software developer. After finishing a bachelor’s degree in Film and Visual Culture and a master’s degree in American History, Paul recently took the next logical step and signed on with Cedar Mountain to become a software developer. Paul’s tabletop role-playing hobby first led him to pursue software development along amateur lines, and then Missoula’s Job Service program led him here—much to his gratitude.
As a junior coder he’s excited to be a part of the Cedar Mountain team developing his web development acumen. As a former grad student and retail monkey, he’s excited to have a 9 to 5 so he can spend more time with his family and rekindle his involvement in theater.
